The consultant we are looking for is a specialist and leaders in healthcare with a passion for driving innovation and change within the industry.
With deep experience of the NHS, healthcare data and standards, clinical and non-clinical systems, enterprise architecture and delivering solutions to healthcare providers across the UK.
The candidate will have experience, and be confident in engaging with senior level clinicians, CIO, CCIOs across the organization.
They will have business acumen and play a senior role holding delivery responsibility and critical roles in growing the business. You will be an experienced delivery professional adept at building client relationships and managing complex engagement.
You are responsible for converting net new or existing business into high degrees of client satisfaction. You have experience and high-level business / industry relationships that results in high-impact, revenue generating account growth. You are capable of leading large teams while providing deep subject matter expertise and business strategy necessary to ensure quality delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead Digital Transformation Engagements within the Healthcare and Life Science practice
- Directly contribute to business development and pre-sales
- Select resources for delivery of an engagement
- Work in close proximity with the customers, account team, and the delivery team to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutions
- Provide direct consulting services to customer
- Responsible for ensuring that all solutions are delivered in a manner that is quality-driven, meets internal standards, and the expectations of the customer
- Build and maintain contacts and relationships with customers to drive lasting account growth
- Responsible for the mentoring and training of junior consultants
- Actively participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services
- Develop thought leadership within the firm, writing papers and producing case studies
- Must be willing to travel and work remotely as and when required
- At least 5+ years experience leading consulting engagements in the NHS with direct experience in data strategy, AI and enterprise architecture
- Experience operating in big IT environments and understanding of how to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
