Social Service Director

Lake Forest Senior Living at Mountain Home is looking for a full time social service director. The primary purpose of your position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Facility’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual’s basis.

This is a full time position which would be 32-40 hours per week. A bachelors degree in social work, sociology, counseling, psychology or other specialized intellectual instruction is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in long term care.
