• Manage assigned work queues and ensure timely completion of accounts
• Share trends with management to facilitate staff education
• Utilize reference materials to adhere to processes and guidelines
• Assist with charge correction projects as necessary

• 3-5 years of applicable experience in a relevant field
• Knowledge and technical expertise in patient management and case management systems
• Experience with EPIC Work Queues is ideal
• Strong critical thinking skills for data management assignments
• Ability to participate in team meetings and engage with colleagues effectively

• Previous experience in a charge audit or similar role
• Familiarity with charge capture processes, particularly in OB departments
• Strong communication skills for liaising between clinical and administrative departments
