• Consult with clients on Human Resources practices and compliance, leveraging ADP expertise
• Configure solutions to meet client business requirements and demonstrate ADP's capabilities
• Collaborate with sales professionals to present Human Capital Management strategies and business solutions

• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related professional experience
• Ability to manage time well, prioritize deliverables, and effectively multi-task
• Strong presentation skills in various formats, including paper, in person, and over the phone
• Ambitious problem-solver with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Willingness to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

• Prior experience in the HR/Payroll industry or related technical certification(s)
