Google Workspace Support Engineer

• Provide support for clients using Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform

• Produce metrics for client domains and overall Technical Support performance
• Participate in client Quarterly Business Review meetings to discuss support experiences What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a public cloud provider environment, preferably Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform
  • At least 2 years of experience configuring or administering SaaS applications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing distributed, global support teams
  • Strong technical support and interpersonal skills with a focus on problem solving
  • Experience designing and implementing operational support processes
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in client‑facing technology delivery or support roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
