Client Care Coordinator, RN

Client Care Coordinator, RN – Home Instead (formerly Three Rivers Senior Services, Inc.). Part‑time (≈2‑3 days per week) in Mountain Home, AR, serving families across North Central Arkansas and Southern Missouri.

In this role you will conduct in‑home consultations, quality assurance visits, care plan updates, and maintain thorough documentation while ensuring compliance with ARChoices, Veterans Affairs, and other regulations.

• Part‑time: 2‑3 days per week, flexible schedule (primarily Monday–Friday).
• Field‑based mobile role – majority of time in the community, in‑home visits, minimal office time.
• Company vehicle provided for business travel between visits.

• Conduct in‑home consultations with clients and families, develop personalized care plans per state and federal guidelines.
• Perform regular quality assurance visits to verify care plan accuracy and compliance.
• Update care plans as client needs change and stay compliant with ARChoices, VA, and other regulations.
• Respond promptly to client and family concerns, providing guidance to uphold high standards of care.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of home‑care regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to positive client outcomes, supporting business growth through excellent care delivery.

• Active Arkansas RN license (required).
• Multistate license through the Nurse Licensure Compact preferred.
• Experience in home care, home health, case management, or regulatory/compliance preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent worker who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Computer/laptop proficiency for mobile documentation.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).
• Compassionate, professional approach to senior care.

• $28‑$34 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Company vehicle available for business use.
