• Manage the schedule, scope, and budget of assigned capital and expense construction projects.
• Review architectural and engineered drawings for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Expedite the permit process by researching and coordinating necessary building and trade permits.
• Identify utility requirements for projects and coordinate necessary installations.
• Supervise and review work performed by general contractors, including managing change orders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Management.
• Strong communication skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to travel up to 50% depending on project location.
• Clean driving record.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7 years of experience in Retail and/or Petroleum Construction Management.
• Professional Engineer, PPM, or other Professional Project Management Designation.
• Experience with construction supervision and trade licenses.
