The Role Bosom’d is looking for a highly energetic Customer Care Ambassador to support our awesome customers and create exceptional brand experiences. You will deliver white-glove service by handling inquiries, managing orders, collecting product feedback, and building lasting customer relationships. A key part of this role involves guiding customers to their perfect fit utilizing our patented measuring device, the Sizing Sidekick®.

• Workspace & Equipment:
  This is currently a remote role. To ensure you are fully equipped for success, Bosom’d will provide a comprehensive IT package, including a company-issued laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and any other authorized accommodations.
• Remote Setup:
  You must have a quiet, dedicated home workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Future Relocation:
  As the company grows and establishes our new home in Northern Idaho, this role could transition into an on-site position.
• Benefits:
  Please note that this position does not currently provide medical or retirement benefits, but we plan to offer these as the company expands. Detailed hourly rates will be discussed during the interview/discovery call.

• This is a full-time position. Standard working hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, with occasional flexibility required to support major product launches or peak customer inquiry periods.

• Working knowledge of customer service and business software, specifically the Zoho suite (including Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Desk).
• Proficiency in common corporate ecosystems, specifically Microsoft 365.
• Skilled in general e-commerce customer support, including answering sizing questions, processing returns/exchanges, and managing order workflows.
• Extensive ability to handle sensitive customer inquiries regarding intimate apparel with deep empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A commitment to quick turnaround times for customer responses (our product launch is this year!).
• Willingness to sign a company Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA).

• An analytical and critical thinking mindset to assist in resolving customer issues and gathering actionable product feedback for our target demographic.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to brand standards.
• Ability to take direction from our team and independently make adjustments to ensure customer interactions are handled on time and with care.

A person with a strong background in apparel or lingerie customer care is ideal.
