• Assist with orthodontic procedures including braces, clear aligners, and appliance adjustments.
• Prepare operatories and maintain a clean, efficient clinical environment.
• Take digital scans, photos, and X‑rays using modern orthodontic technology.
• Provide clear patient education on appliances, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations.
• Support doctors and teammates to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Help create a welcoming, confident experience for every patient.

• Prior orthodontic assisting experience strongly preferred.
• Confident chairside skills and strong patient communication.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, team‑oriented practice.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel with the team to Mountain Home on Mondays.
