Leavitt Select is seeking a motivated and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our MT. Home Idaho team.

. You’ll partner with producers, clients, and insurance carriers to ensure individuals and families have the right property and casualty coverage.

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, handling renewals and mid-term changes.

• Identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and new business.

• Provide exceptional service through timely communication and problem resolution.

• Collaborate with producers to support client relationships and growth goals.

• Work directly with carriers to secure competitive terms and smooth policy processing.

• Experience in personal lines insurance preferred (Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain).

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in insurance management systems (AMS 360 a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Customer-first mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail.
