Inventive Group in Mountain Home, seeking a Welder to join the weld shop. This full-time, on-site role offers daily rotation across the weld shop, enabling you to build new skills while maintaining high quality welds on steel and aluminum.
You will read blueprints, follow WPS, and ensure precise welds. Our team adheres to 6-S standards and supports Kaizen/PDCA improvements; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
