Starting Pay Rate: $21.06–$26.37 per hour based on experience.

Walk-in Interviews: Mondays–Fridays 6am–11am.

All interested applicants for a Driver position, including those who are fully qualified with a commercial driver’s license, begin as a Driver in Training, learning our policies and obtaining necessary endorsements before becoming a Professional Driver.

• Provide safe and reliable transportation by operating a school bus or other vehicle on a fixed or changing route.
• Exhibit the highest ethical best practices and personal integrity; report concerns about suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
• Arrive on time and maintain the route schedule safely.
• Physically assist passengers in evacuation of the vehicle in case of emergency.
• Immediately report any accident or incident per Company policy.
• Follow Company policy around student and/or passenger management.
• Inform all appropriate personnel of problems/procedures.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance at all times.
• Complete all required paperwork (route change sheets, time cards, vehicle repair requests) in a timely manner.
• Maintain a cooperative attitude with fellow employees, supervisors, customers, and passengers while promoting company goodwill.
• Safely and efficiently utilize vehicle equipment, including wheelchair lifts, radios, and emergency equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age (25 for Tennessee School Bus Drivers per state law).
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state license and other required certifications.
• Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
• Must satisfactorily complete all training.
• Must practice defensive driving at all times.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, county, district, and contract specific Driver requirements.
