Join The Mom Project to serve as an Administrative Business Partner for a top multinational tech company, providing high‑quality support to executives and the broader team.

Job Description

You anticipate the needs of managers and team members, resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly in a changing environment and stay updated on the company’s latest products and services. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess strong business judgment and communication skills to interact with a variety of people and functions.

Location

Hybrid onsite (Tuesday–Thursday), remote (Monday and Friday) in Mountain View, CA.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide support for 2–3 executives: calendar management, expense management, meeting coordination, and minute taking.

• Manage confidential information with care and discretion.

• Schedule analysis to ensure efficient workflow and align calendars with competing business priorities.

• Use Google Suite in a professional setting.

• Manage expenses through Concur.

• Maintain a proactive and highly communicative approach.

• Support the greater team with ad‑hoc projects.

Additional Responsibilities

• Travel support: researching flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and business meals.

• Build efficiency and responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

• Lead projects/programs to improve efficiency with the corporate administrative team.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of providing high‑quality executive administrative support in a fast‑paced tech environment.

• Adherence to strict confidentiality regarding all business matters.

• Quick to learn new tools and technologies; handle multiple concurrent stakeholders and priorities.

• Team player attitude.

• BA degree preferred.
