About the Job

The Go‑to‑Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's complex and ever evolving ads business delivers strategic growth. This team is responsible for setting go‑to‑market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and launching the next generation of ads products. The Product Strategy and Operations team exists to drive coordinated product decisions across the ads ecosystem.

In this role, you will drive outcomes that span Google’s product, GTM, gTech, marketing, and finance organizations. You will help the ongoing agenda for GBO leaders, break problems into project plans, and motivate global teams to make decisions with imperfect information. You will closely partner with GTM, Product and Solutions Activation (PSA), gTech, marketing, and finance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead time‑sensitive strategic projects for GTM by developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations.
  • Work cross‑functionally with GTM teams such as People Operations, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Communications teams to scope, manage, and execute projects.
  • Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis, communicate key findings to leadership through presentations, and manage program efforts on behalf of stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross‑functionally within global organizations.
  • Understanding of GBO and its business channels and teams.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining attention to execution details.
  • Excellent program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects that span Google’s different divisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, to help teams.
Salary

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000‑$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
