The Opportunity

Aigeon.ai is an exciting, key new product incubated by News Break, the leading platform for local news and information with over 40 million users across America. Aigeon is building the next-generation Email Service Provider (ESP) SaaS, leveraging AI to simplify newsletter creation, audience growth, and monetization.

As our first dedicated GTM Manager for Aigeon.ai, you are more than a strategist; you are the primary operator responsible for executing and proving our commercial model. This is a highly hands‑on, high‑ownership role that will directly lay the foundation for scalable growth. You will own the entire commercial lifecycle—from initial awareness to successful adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities 1. GTM Strategy and Partnerships Development
  • Develop and Execute User Acquisition Strategies: Relentlessly test and iterate on various acquisition channels (e.g., outreach, partnerships, paid, content) to identify and scale the most efficient sources of high‑quality leads.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential high‑value leads and key accounts (newsletter creators, small media brands, content‑driven businesses) for targeted outreach and sales‑led motions.
  • Financial Forecasting: Own the top‑line revenue forecast, build and manage business models, identify and track key growth metrics.
2. Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) & Market Positioning
  • Market Segmentation: Conduct deep market research to refine and validate our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and high‑value segments in the newsletter/content creation economy.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Work closely with product marketing team to craft compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the unique value of aigeon.ai (especially its AI features) compared to legacy ESPs and newer competitors.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitors and market trends, feeding actionable insights back to the Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
3. Cross‑Functional Execution & Product Launch
  • Product‑GTM Coordination: Serve as the critical bridge between the Executive, Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams. Coordinate all cross‑functional activities to ensure key features and product launches are shipped on time with a complete GTM plan.
  • GTM Playbooks: Develop initial playbooks, pricing guidance, and objection‑handling materials for any outreach or partnership development activities, focusing on repeatability and scale.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in Go‑to‑Market, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or a similar commercial role in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven Experience in an Early‑Stage Environment: You have a track record of outreaching and acquiring leads, preferably at a Seed to Series B/C stage company ($0M – $10M ARR).
  • Data‑Driven & Analytical: Expert‑level proficiency in leveraging data to inform strategy, manage a forecast, and demonstrate an impact.
