Description

As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you develop and/or manage relationships, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, have a strong understanding of internal processes, products, and teams. You lead in managing and/or deepening relationships with key industry partners, managing agreements, and tracking impact. You possess stellar relationship‑building skills, and are strong in project management, and collaboration.

Responsibilities include
  • Lead end‑to‑end partner/supplier experience to ensure deal integration which includes executing on account plans, pitching to partners, resolving partner/supplier issues and advocating on behalf of partner/supplier.
  • Lead partner strategy, including new partner/supplier and opportunity prospecting. Conduct partner/industry research and collaborate on product strategy.
  • Lead strategic relationships with external partners/suppliers and internal stakeholders/teams to drive the best partner/supplier experience and ensure product excellence.
  • Lead managing partner/supplier engagement and relationship by tracking business/technology metrics and insights, building business forecasts, and ensuring strong brand/reputation management.

Overall Responsibilities

As the Partnerships Program Manager for Tapestry you will play a critical role in supporting a multi-disciplinary team accelerating the development of our platform technology, by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage and drive project goals and real‑world impact.

You will identify and prioritize risks in ambiguous, complex environments across both internal and external stakeholders. This position calls for someone who is highly-organized, a persuasive communicator, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
  • Serve as an additional relationship manager for our current existing partnership agreements. Lead us to optimize value from these partnerships.
  • Provide strategic and operational support for Partnerships Org including project management trackers, milestone goals, scheduling meetings with partners, setting agenda for external meetings, sharing action-items and helping to create meeting materials.
  • Help organize key partner interactions such as partner visits, field trips, fireside chats with executives, and lunch and learns.
  • Collaborate with our cross‑functional teams in Partnerships, Business Development, Finance & Accounting, Power Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g., business development, consulting, program management, customer success, partner management, etc.)
  • Experience interfacing with clients and running client meetings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, executive communication skills, and ability to create materials to communicate project goals and progress
  • Comfort with complex software, technology and power systems topics.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience in Energy / Power Systems
  • Experience working in Software Development with external parties and collaborators

    Experience working in a fast paced environment and juggling different requests.
