To manage the go-to-market strategy and operating systems for Google Marketing Platform (GMP) products across the Americas, this role will partner with Global Product Solutions, Sales, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to shape business activation, drive adoption, and grow revenue. The leader will coach a cross-functional team, prioritize projects that improve operating structure and resource allocation, and build best‑practice tools and frameworks that accelerate execution.
Benefits & Compensation
US base salary range: $227,000–$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Canada base salary range: CAD 232,000–238,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience in sales, agency, or project management function.
• Experience in cross‑functional collaboration to drive results, and the ability to influence stakeholders along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DV360 and Google Marketing Platform.
• Knowledge of commercial incentive programs.
• Passion for building and leading teams.
Responsibilities
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify key questions and translate goals and strategy into defined projects.
• Work with Strategic Project Director and Principal Leads to select projects and staff team capacity to lead projects that improve operating structure and resource allocation or aimed to improve cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to ensure structure and timely delivery of project goals.
• Establish key performance indicators and timelines for each project, provide regular metrics reporting that ties back to goals, and conduct post‑implementation impact analysis.
• Develop best practices, templates, and tools specific to each domain that can be utilized for future initiatives.
