- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience driving growth for a consumer product.
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Experience working on LLM and applying them to consumer products, including building eval sets, evaluating side-by-side reports, writing eval templates, and writing platinums/goldens.
- Deep understanding of UX affordances and how they shape user mental models.
