Senior Program Manager, Compliance Reporting

Nuro is hiring a senior program manager for compliance reporting inside the Commercialization and Evaluation function within Software Operations. The role turns regulatory, legal, safety, and operational requirements into reliable reporting programs.

This is a product-adjacent operations role for autonomy: it makes sure external obligations are met with accurate data, clear processes, and documentation that can stand up to review.

• Own regulatory reporting programs from requirements gathering through submission and follow-up
• Partner with legal, public trust, safety, data platform, and software operations teams
• Build review processes, quality controls, documentation, and audit trails for reporting work
• Translate technical and operational realities into clear reporting plans and stakeholder updates

• Program management experience in a regulated, compliance-heavy, or public-sector-adjacent environment
• Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills under deadline pressure
• Ability to work with legal, regulatory, safety, and software operations stakeholders
• Independent judgment for managing multiple work streams with external timelines
