STO Building Group is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator in Silicon Valley to develop detailed budgets from plans and specs. You will leverage Bluebeam and Heavy Bid to craft accurate estimates and collaborate with PMs to secure competitive pricing.
The role requires a strong background in construction estimating, conceptual estimating on midsized to large commercial TI projects, and proficiency with Timberline, Procore, Excel and Word. Travel to sites may be involved.
