The Experiential Designer, Visual Design at Intuit Futures group, is a senior role within the Design innovation studio team, responsible for working on new product concepts, designing provocation demos and developing strong design narratives from technical and user insights for emerging technologies, experiences, and new products driven by AI capabilities. This position requires a highly creative individual who can inspire design teams, push the boundaries of design, and engage in provocative collaborations across disciplines.

The designer will lead projects from conception to execution, ensuring that the work aligns with the Futures group’s forward‑looking mission and elevates storytelling around emerging technologies and products.

• Demonstrate advanced expertise in branding and marketing principles, guiding and educating teams on strategies, methods, and techniques.
• Craft clear and comprehensive project briefs and strategy plans, translating research and market trends into actionable plans.
• Create visually stunning and compelling design systems that meet business objectives across various mediums.
• Educate and communicate the proper use of design assets across various platforms, pushing boundaries through effective visual design.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑disciplinary design teams to build systemic storytelling assets.
• Lead small to medium‑sized projects and contribute to larger projects.
• Deliver work that pushes the experience to be more creatively proactive and encourages debate around the work.

• Extensive experience in branding and marketing design for online software and technology‑related products.
• Strong ability to make confident design decisions and engage with stakeholders persuasively.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize workloads effectively.
• Strong proficiency in design tools, video editing, and motion design.
• Ability to inspire and excite team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Experience with designing for AI‑driven technologies.
• Familiarity with creating interactive demos in event spaces.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California: $157,000 - $212,500.
