Position: Staff Product Designer - QuickBooks Platform - Shared Experiences

Overview

People who work for themselves fuel our global economy. In the US, small businesses employ 60% of the workforce and create 80% of new jobs; internationally the stats are even more skewed. But the odds are stacked against them. One of two fails in the first five years, two of three before they can turn ten. Intuit’s Small Business and Self‑Employed Group (Quick Books) is devoted to creating tools and services that dramatically improve the chances of success for small businesses around the world—from mileage tracking to invoicing, from payroll to accounting, from creating new ways to access capital to forging deep connections with experts.

Our vision is to be the connected E2E platform that small and medium‑sized businesses rely on everyday to run and grow their business.

The Team

Today, Intuit brings industry‑leading solutions to businesses around the world including Accounting, Payroll, Payments and Marketing. The Quick Books Shared Experiences Team is the team that brings all products together into a cohesive and delightful experience for our customers. Beyond playing a foundational role that amplifies all Quick Books products, this team is taking the lead in setting the Quick Books multi‑year vision and leading the transformation of a fully reimagined platform.

We call this the “Quick Books Ecosystem Transformation vision”.

On the Shared X team, you will help to reimagine and deliver beautiful, AI‑driven, E2E experiences that enable small to mid‑sized businesses to get the most out of the Quick Books ecosystem via Better Together and Done for you benefits—saving them time, inspiring confidence, and ultimately increasing their profitability.

You will work closely with a team of talented designers and diverse stakeholders; and have top‑notch systems‑thinking, interaction, and visual chops; and expertise in data‑driven design to help shape how we transform our critical platform experiences.
