About

The Position

The Client Service Representative III is responsible for a variety of paying and receiving functions for clients in person, via phone, through the mail, and through online banking. Tasks include processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, stop payments, and wires. The CSR III balances each day’s transactions, verifies cash totals, performs opening and closing of accounts, renews certificates of deposit, assists clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems, answers product and service questions, actively cross‑sell bank products, and processes applications for online banking systems.

They also perform assigned side‑jobs, clerical functions, and support the Branch Manager or Client Service Manager with other duties as assigned, always promptly, courteously, efficiently, and professionally in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

About You…

Education/Certification

High school graduate or equivalent.

Required Knowledge

Knowledge of Teller, New Account, and Operations procedures, and a thorough understanding of banking products, services, and operations.

Experience Required

Minimum of 3 years of teller and new account experience in the financial services industry.

Skills/Abilities
  • Good communication skills.
  • Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
  • Good math skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software package.

Location:

Onsite, no remote.
