About the Role

Commure Insights is our ambitious attempt in transforming one of the most difficult system problem in the United States today – the healthcare ecosystem. Through latest product design practices and AI-powered technology, our product curates business intelligence to actionable insights, untangle procedural complexities to clarity, and help practices maintain financial health. Our goal is to develop the most intuitive healthcare product that takes care of the logistics, so healthcare providers can focus taking care of their patients.

As a designer on the Insights design team, you will create easy-to-use productivity experiences for healthcare business partners. Your work will span interaction, system, and service design, grounded in a user-centered process balancing user needs, business goals, and technical innovations. You will help simplify complex data-rich workflows addressing multi-dimensional user behaviors and help elevate raw information to insights that support key business decisions.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will help build products from discovery research, to ideation and iterations, and launching products with clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and learn with a close-knit team of product designers, researchers and communication designers.

This is a hybrid role based at our Mountain View headquarters, where we prioritize 3 days a week in the office and occasional travel to client sites is included for direct user engagement.

What You'll Do
End-to-End Product Design:
  • Create and deliver high-quality, polished, and intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance the overall visual appeal and user experience of Commure Insights.

  • Create wireframes, low and high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes in Figma and other AI-powered tools to support the development of new features and product enhancements.

  • Conduct user research, develop insights through journey mapping, UX workflow analysis, and testing to validate design decisions and improve user experiences.

  • Develop design briefs and PRDs framing product opportunities and translating them into actionable projects.

Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Drive design strategy and execution, set a high bar for craftsmanship and design excellence that sets the standard for healthcare productivity software.

  • Work closely with design and cross-functional partners, including product managers, engineers, and customer success teams, to conceptualize and refine product features.
