Product Manager

Pay rate range - $65/hr. to $68/hr. on W2

• Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Drive customer connection and sales conversion activities using customer service chat bots/agents.
• Internalize and deeply understand Client's mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of the eCommerce team.
• Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects.
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with cross‑functional internal teams as well as external partners to execute.
• Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.
• Be data‑centric to make informed product direction, using competitive analysis, A/B testing, customer behavior, customer contact ticket analysis or other business metrics; solicit and embrace critical feedback.
• Work closely with customer service, engineering, UX designers, Marketing and Site Merchandising team.
• Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process.
• Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Knowledge of software engineering, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing effective product delivery.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products with your fingerprints all over them which you're extremely proud of what you've accomplished.
• Stellar design instincts and product taste.
