Position Summary
Action Day Schools, a leading childcare and private education provider in the Bay Area, is seeking full‑time Head Infant and Head Toddler Teachers for our Campbell, Mountain View, San Jose, and Saratoga locations. Our teachers deliver developmentally appropriate activities and ensure the highest quality of care, while leading the infant and/or toddler program, evaluating curriculum, training staff, and serving as liaisons between the Director and the staff.
CompensationBase pay range: $52,000.00 – $61,360.00 per year.
Hourly rate: $25.00 – $29.50 per hour, based on experience, education, and position requirements.

- Associate’s Degree
- Completion of 12 core ECE semester units, including the Infant/Toddler Development course (we’ll help you complete this course if needed)
- 2 years of experience with young children
- Love and passion for working with infants and toddlers
- Professional, enthusiastic, and influential role model for peers
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, can‑do attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
