This role is responsible for establishing and scaling a customer advocacy program from its inception. You will define how customer success stories are identified, captured, and transformed into valuable marketing assets for the sales team. The position requires building processes and nurturing customer relationships to generate compelling social proof.

• Develop a structured approach to identify and recruit ideal customer advocates.
• Conduct customer interviews to uncover compelling success stories.
• Create diverse social proof assets like case studies and testimonials.
• Collaborate with video teams to ensure impactful testimonial content.
• Track and report on the performance of advocacy initiatives.

• Proven experience in customer advocacy or reference programs.
• Strong interviewing and narrative-shaping capabilities.
• Ability to build processes in an unstructured environment.

Experience with B2B or mid-market SaaS customers is preferred.
