Automation Test Manager

Job Role s & Responsibilities:

• Contractor will perform overall project management along with maintaining metrics and dashboards.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience.
• Contractor will perform estimation and resource capacity planning with team governance and control.
• Contractor will communicate with IT owners, business owners, and products or team members.
• Contractor will respond to technical queries, perform onsite-offshore coordination, build work plan, and report generation.
• Contractor will build and configure new interfaces to support testing activities.
• Contractor will act as one of the team representatives to Stakeholders and user groups within relevant testing phases.
• Contractor will assist with test plan articulation, planning, and management of individual testing events.

• Contractor will review, design, analyze, and implement the existing and new automation framework.
• Contractor will also explore and implement new frameworks using other Programming and Scripting Languages like Python, Java script, etc.
• Contractor will improve the current test automation processes and perform code optimizations.
• Contractor will implement a scalable approach for the new Application upgrades.
• Contractor will implement QA process improvement for blending, optimizing, and growing to enable structure, stability, and growth.
• Contractor will perform Industry standard/best practices alignment for continuous improvements.
