A fast-growing medical device company in Mountain View is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to serve as a trusted finance business partner to G&A leaders and the Executive Leadership Team. This is a high-visibility role supporting expense management, forecasting, and decision-making across core corporate functions.
The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with FP&A expertise and is comfortable partnering with senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:- Serve as FP&A partner for G&A functions including Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, Marketing, and Market Access
- Support monthly close, including accrual review, variance analysis, and executive-level commentary
- Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for assigned cost centers and projects
- Prepare management reporting, synthesize insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Monitor spend effectiveness, identify risks/opportunities, and support operational issue resolution
- Drive reporting automation and process improvements in partnership with Finance and Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant FP&A or finance experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and expense-focused analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights for executive audiences
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Net Suite, QAD, or Planful is a plus
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and execution-focused mindset
