CPP Clinics is a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, offering innovative treatments across multiple medspas under the CPP umbrella. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilizing advanced technologies and personalized care.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients upon arrival, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience that reflects the practice’s brand.
  • Collect and accurately enter patient information into charts and the EMR system, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of exam rooms between patients.
  • Check patients out, collect all fees, and proactively inform patients of additional services, promotions, and treatment opportunities to drive aesthetic sales.
  • Follow up with existing patients, including “no‑book” consults, to answer questions, provide guidance, and encourage bookings.
  • Support patient flow and comfort in the waiting area, maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.
  • Track sales metrics to support business goals and identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a point of leadership, coordinating daily operations and supporting the team to maintain efficiency and a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Support other administrative, clinical, and concierge duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations and a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or medical spa setting.
  • Experience managing phone systems and scheduling in a medical office environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
