Job Overview
Full-Time Front Desk Agent
Our team is looking to add an upbeat individual to manage all aspects of front desk operations and be a key point of reference for guests and vendors. The role requires professionalism and courtesy, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
ScheduleThe position may require flexible scheduling availability.
Responsibilities- Check‑in/Check‑out hotel guests
- Process all payments in accordance with hotel requirements
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
- Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Effective problem‑solving skills, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving issues as necessary
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Readily available and approachable while providing excellent guest service

The number of hours scheduled each week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors;
