• Screen engineering candidates and assess technical abilities (background in VPN and networking technologies is required).
• Perform full‑cycle recruiting and sourcing to build a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Utilize job boards, social media, Linked In, and networking events to source candidates.
• Prescreen, interview, and manage passive and active candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Make salary recommendations and manage recruitment process to ensure compliance.

• 6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communication, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, self‑confident individual.
• HR experience is a plus.
