We’re looking for a professional with following main duties and responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to the users
- Assurance of local IT operations
- Train users regarding internal systems
- Document the developed solutions
- IT material planning
- Preparation of work places for new employees
- Supporting role in global projects or initiatives
- Strong technical background
- Experience in IT support, MS Windows OS, administration of software systems, MS Server administration
- Active Directory (AD) and Entra (O365) experience
- Good knowledge of network topologies, troubleshooting and MS Office
- Excellent problem analysis and solution skills
- Service oriented mindset
- Quick learner
- Independent prioritization of tasks
- Experience in MS SQL / MS Access is a plus
- Experience in an industrial environment (automotive would be optimal) in a role that is interfacing with several business areas, i.e. project management, supply chain, IT is a plus
- Experience in JIRA, Confluence, SAP / MS Navision or another ERP is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
- Confident with presentations / moderation of trainings
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Bulgarian and English
- Verbal and/or written skills in German would be a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international team environment.
