Senior Linux System Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Linux System Administrator with experience in KVM, CentOS, and SAN
. This position will be part of the NASA Security Operations Center, and US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance
.

• Proficiency in Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu), Apache, and KVM.
• Knowledge of Storage Area Networks.
• Experience installing and configuring servers, diagnosing hardware issues, and enhancing monitoring with tools like IPmonitor and Nagios.
• Ability to configure infrastructure components and manage log files with auditing capabilities.
• Develop and maintain system and data center documentation, adhering to change management procedures.
• Willingness to be on rotation for data center coverage.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued Secret clearance.

• VMware and ESX Hypervisors.
• Experience with NASA systems administration.

• 6-8 years of senior systems administration in an enterprise environment.
