We are looking for a UX Visual Designer to join our growing product team. You will combine user-centered design with strong visual storytelling to craft intuitive and delightful digital experiences. Your designs will shape how users interact with our product and reinforce our brand across platforms.

• Partner with product managers, UX researchers, and engineers to define user needs and translate them into engaging visual designs.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI specs across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual language consistency.
• Conduct and incorporate usability feedback to validate design decisions.
• Deliver assets and collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape the product's overall design vision.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in visual design, product design, or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates UI/UX design, typography, layout, and visual craft.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Framer, Principle, or Protopie.
• Experience working with design systems and responsive design.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with motion design, animation, or 3D.
• Background in branding or marketing design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and handing off designs to engineering teams.

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $160,000 - $220,000 + equity + benefits (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
