About DialtoneDialtone is building the platform layer for enterprise-grade agentic AI
. Our stack spans real-time orchestration, retrieval-augmented reasoning, dynamic tool calling, and human-in-the-loop oversight - all delivered as production SaaS. Enterprises rely on Dialtone Agents to automate thousands of hours of cross-system work each month.
We’re not just gluing APIs together; we’re inventing deeply technical infrastructure that makes large-language-model reasoning reliable, observable, and secure at scale.
What you’ll do- Solution architecture:
Partner with customers to map business workflows to Dialtone’s agent platform. Design integrations, data flows, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints that meet reliability, security, and compliance needs. - Hands‑on implementation:
Build custom connectors, prompt templates, and evaluation harnesses in Type Script / Python. Stand up QA pipelines and performance dashboards that prove success. - Technical project ownership:
Drive projects from discovery to production launch. Coordinate with customer engineering, security, and ops teams while looping back insights to Dialtone’s product and core engineering groups. - Best‑practice evangelism:
Create reference architectures, sample repos, and internal playbooks so future deployments move faster. - Rapid feedback loop:
Test new platform features in the wild, debug edge cases, and influence the roadmap with real‑world requirements.
- Have 3‑8 years delivering production software or solutions architecture for enterprise customers.
- Are fluent in Type Script / Node.js / Python – bonus for Go or Rust – and comfortable writing Terraform or Pulumi when infra needs it.
- Have deployed distributed systems: queues, event buses, or data pipelines that process millions of events daily.
- Thrive at whiteboarding with customers, translating fuzzy requirements into crisp technical specs and shipped code.
- Understand the nuances of security reviews, SOC2, and enterprise SSO/SCIM rollouts.
- Communicate clearly with both execs and engineers – written design docs are your default, not an afterthought.
- Prior experience with LLM or agentic frameworks (Lang Chain, DSPy, ReAct).
- Contributions to open‑source integration tooling, SDKs, or CLIs.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or data‑warehouse ecosystems (SAP, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Front‑row seat to AGI‑era systems – deploy agents that reinvent how enterprises work.
- High leverage – customer‑facing autonomy plus direct influence on core product.
- Competitive comp + meaningful equity – you win when the company wins.
- Work style – Onsite in Mountain View, CA.
- Hardware stipend
- Full health/vision/dental
- 401(k) match
- Unlimited PTO.
