Customer Support Specialist - Accounts Payable

We are looking for curious and energetic individuals with a background in Accounts Payable, eager tochannel their expertise in a new, exciting setting. If you’re looking to apply your AP skills within the world of technology, then Stampli’s Customer Support Specialist could be the role for you!

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an expert on Stampli‘s Financial Operations Platform for new and current customers, and help them with all aspects of support, onboarding, training and customer success. This primarily includes working with our customers directly via our chatbox, Intercom, and simple integration to accounting systems such as Net Suite, Sage Intacct and Quick Books. Experience with at least one of these systems is a big plus!

• Answer customer inquiries within Intercom promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success leadership, Product, and Development teams to escalate complex issues.
• Be a trusted resource for both current and new customers on all aspects of Stampli’s Financial Operations Platform.
• Proactively explore AI-driven methods to enhance customer support efficiency to streamline invoice processing and approval workflows.
• Assist customers in leveraging AI-powered features, such as Billy the Bot, to automate invoice processing, approvals, and communications—maximizing efficiency and minimizing manual work.

• Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable experience
• Organized, curious, and motivated to learn
• Experience with Purchase Orders
• Experience with ERP's (Sage Intacct, Quick Books, Oracle Net Suite)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Service oriented and collaborative
• Experience nurturing relationships with vendors
• Knows their debits and credits (and has done postings before)
• Familiarity with AI-based automation tools in finance operations or a strong desire to develop expertise in enhancing AP workflows through technology.
• You’re agile, data-aware, and always asking: “What’s a smarter way to do this?”

The base salary hiring range for this position is $70,000 + Bonus. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
