Treasure Data

At Treasure Data, we’re on a mission to radically simplify how companies use data and AI to create connected customer experiences. Our intelligent customer data platform (CDP) drives revenue growth and operational efficiency across the enterprise to deliver powerful business outcomes.

Treasure Data has been recognized as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™:
Customer Data Platforms For B2C. It’s an honor to be acknowledged for our efforts in advancing the CDP industry with cutting‑edge AI and real‑time capabilities.

Our employees are enthusiastic, data‑driven, and customer‑obsessed. We are a team of drivers—self‑starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems. Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.

Your Role

As an AI Product Designer, you will design how people experience our AI‑powered products, bringing features to life in a way that feels intuitive and refined. You will work at the intersection of AI, big data, and human‑centered design, helping us define how humans and AI agents collaborate to solve complex marketing and data challenges.

You will collaborate with Senior Designers, Product Management, and Engineering throughout the process. Your work will include defining user workflows, creating mock‑ups in Figma, prototyping, supporting software builds, and ensuring product quality. At each stage, you will advocate for user needs and help ensure the final product delivers value and delight.

You will be joining a fast‑paced startup environment within a settled company, where experimentation is valued and priorities shift to meet the exploding demand for enterprise AI. We are looking for someone who thrives in this agility—someone who is proactive, adaptive, and eager to learn. You are deeply curious about the evolving landscape of AI, constantly experimenting with new tools and technologies to enhance your own creative process.

Responsibilities
  • Design AI‑driven experiences from concept through launch, ensuring they are transparent, trustworthy, and human‑centered.
  • Create clear interaction patterns, visualizations, and explanations for AI capabilities (prediction, personalization, automation) that help instill user confidence.
  • Collaborate with product managers to integrate AI recommendations, automation, and insights into user workflows.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing focused on AI adoption, utilizing insights to iterate and improve designs.
  • Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, actively experimenting with new AI‑native prototyping tools and methodologies to speed up exploration and delivery.
  • Leverage AI in your daily design workflows to generate ideas, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance productivity, serving as a model for how to effectively partner with intelligent systems.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities, using an iterative design process to experiment and find the best solutions.
  • Ensure that even as we build “autonomous” agents, the experience remains deeply human‑centric—transparent, ethical, and focused on empowering the marketer, not replacing them.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of product design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating your craft and application of user‑centered design process, including discovery, interaction, prototyping and visual design skills.
  • Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, usability best practices, and information architecture.
  • Strong visual design skills and the ability to create visually appealing and user‑friendly interfaces, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar software.
  • Positive Energy:
You bring a constructive, optimistic attitude to collaboration and problem‑solving. Bring a proactive mindset to the team.
  • Startup Mindset:
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities change; you are resilient, flexible, and view change as an opportunity to learn.
  • Tech‑Forward Mindset:
You act as an early adopter, regularly testing new design and…
