OverviewJoin the globally distributed Advisory Services team to drive customer success in Teamwork Foundations. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering strategic guidance and technical solutions that help clients realize value from Atlassian products.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Advisory Services peers to align on strategic outcomes that deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Partner with customers to solve their business challenges and achieve internal goals through Atlassian products, practices, and solutions.
- Identify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion within client organizations.
- Maintain deep industry and solution expertise, staying up to date with evolving best practices.
- Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance to support customer outcomes in one or more Atlassian solution areas.
- Advocate for customer needs across Atlassian teams and collaborate with non‑customer‑facing teams to drive innovative solutions.
- Travel up to 30% of the time domestically and, in some cases, internationally for internal and customer‑facing events.
- 6–8 years of experience in SaaS companies.
- 5+ years in customer‑facing roles, influencing stakeholders from technical administrators to executive leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in Teamwork Foundations, including Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo.
- Experience implementing and optimizing teamwork methodologies that enhance team productivity and cohesion.
- Proficiency in writing goals, identifying strategies, and uncovering metrics in complex organizations.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus.
- Experience coaching best practices and tailoring guidance for stakeholders.
- Experience on cross‑team projects involving Sales, Product, Support, and other teams.
- Experience working with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacity.
Base pay ranges vary by geographic pay zone:
- Zone A: $156,600 – $204,450
- Zone B: $141,300 – $184,475
- Zone C: $130,500 – $170,375
Roles may also include benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
