Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of Telecom relevant experience with software development, integration, architecture, and deployment of complete solutions.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end architecture including but not limited to interface design documents, process design documents, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and data models across the BSS/OSS ecosystem.
  • Experience working with clients to understand their complex requirements and developing the platform.
  • Take ownership of technical issues and activities and drive to completion of architecture for end-to-end solutions across all technologies.
  • Design end-to-end solution systems architecture. Create and maintain the solution architecture roadmap across all epics and produce architecture blueprints for each release iteration.
  • Experience with integration of COTS and in-house OSS and BSS platforms. Design and implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects delivering overall solution architectures for applications.
  • Integration experience with Salesforce applications and with other internal and external systems.
  • Solid experience with API design, Pub-Sub technologies, observability frameworks, and cloud-native platform integrations.
  • Ability to create supporting technical documentation, detailed design specifications, and effort estimations.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in several areas of OSS and Field Ops domain - Inventory, Provisioning/Activation, Order Management, and Fault/Performance management.
  • Experience in leading complex OSS transformation/IT simplification programs for Tier 1 Telco in the capacity of lead solution architect.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in Telco OSS and BSS domain for high-speed internet and fiber optic networks.
