Responsibilities- Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation within customer networks.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure service targets and revenue goals are met while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Lead and motivate project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Service Delivery, Finance) and customer operations.
- Optimize project management processes and workflows.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with Optical and Packet Transport Networks (advantageous).
- PMP certification (advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make complex decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent project planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Business acumen in telecom and networking services.
- Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
