We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Staff Product Designer to join our dynamic Fintech/Money team. This is a pivotal role where you will not just design, but lead the articulation and advancement of Intuit's overarching design vision and strategy within the critical domain of financial technology. You will be a strategic connector and catalyst, translating design-led initiatives into actionable efforts that redefine how people manage and grow their money.

From idea to product, you will empower teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together to build groundbreaking financial experiences.

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction within the Fintech/Money space.
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities, inspiring teams and stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and research peers, pushing the product forward and inventing new ways for people to express ideas and design together.
• Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, while also providing thoughtful feedback for others to do their best work.
• Design and ship high-quality product improvements that directly impact the financial well-being of millions.
• Mentor and inspire other designers, fostering a culture of craft and innovation.
