We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to support our product and engineering organizations to ensure successful delivery of our company OKRs, organization OKRs, and roadmap items.. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that span across multiple departments.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Utilize project management tools to monitor project performance and progress.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
- 2+ years of experience in project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Exhibits strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Values collaboration and open communication.
The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.
