Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
We are seeking an experienced people analyst to join our team of People Data Analysts team acts as consultants to Intuit leadership and HR COEs to bring insight and stronger actions to how we drive people strategies across Intuit. A core focus on this new role will be to lead the Data & Analytics workstream within the implementation of Service Now, thinking end to end how data is created, governed and presented within the platform.
This role is critical to supporting Intuit’s HR priority:
AI Driven Employee Experiences
. Having a strong analyst leading work in this space with a strategic understanding of the Service Now data ecosystem will enable Intuit to deliver on its customer adoption and operational excellence goals.
- Lead cross-functional Service Now data work streams focused on case analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
- Identify and scope advanced analytics and AI use cases within Service Now to elevate insights and predictive capabilities.
- Develop deep understanding of Service Now case data, reporting structures, and integrations with data lake tables and marts.
- Drive analysis from cases to identify trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities.
- Design dashboards and reporting solutions in Service Now to support business leaders and operational teams.
- Partner with Service Now product owners and engineering to ensure data quality, cleanliness, and AI-readiness.
- Define and implement data governance standards across Service Now data domains.
- Collaborate across PART and other stakeholder groups to share knowledge and build scalable solutions.
- Delivery and adoption of Service Now case dashboards by leadership and stakeholders.
- Implementation of 3+ advanced analytics or AI use cases leveraging Service Now case data.
- Establishment of data governance framework for Service Now analytics.
- Positive feedback from stakeholders on insights and reporting quality.
- Demonstrated impact of VOE case analysis on business strategy and employee experience improvements.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California $163,000 - $220,500
Southern California $144,000 - $195,000
