QualificationsWe are looking for a leader with:
- Extensive CRM Marketing Expertise: 5-7+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex CRM marketing campaigns, with deep proficiency in email and/or mobile channels

Proven ability to design, oversee, and optimize campaigns to meet strategic business goals. - Lead Generation & Nurture Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful lead generation and nurture programs across various channels, converting prospects into engaged customers.
- Data-Driven Acumen: A strong foundation in understanding and leveraging data to fuel CRM programs. Demonstrated capability to orchestrate strategic campaigns and drive personalization through data extraction, analysis, and actionable insights
