Job Title: Senior Product Manager, eCommerce Customer Experience
Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ month contract (hire + multi-extension capability)
Rate: $70.00 /hr. W2 only — C2C not supported

Key Responsibilities- Product Lifecycle Management:
Take ownership of product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle, from gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to defining the product vision and ensuring revenue goals are met. - Customer Journey Optimization:
Drive enhancements across the complete customer experience journey, including the home page, product marketing pages, product listing pages (PLPs), cart, and checkout processes. - Conversion & Sales Driver:
Spearhead initiatives using customer service chat bots and agents to deepen customer connection and maximize sales conversion rates. - Requirement Translation:
Author detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements, collaborating closely with Engineering (Dev/QA), UX design, business stakeholders, and external third-party partners to manage requests to completion. - Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and implement effective company-wide go-to-market plans, coordinating execution with cross-functional internal teams and external partners. - Data-Centric Decision Making:
Leverage data from competitive intelligence, A/B testing, customer behavior analysis, and contact center tickets to make informed product decisions; define and ensure product quality expectations are met across the team. - Collaboration:
Work closely with customer service, engineering, UX designers, and marketing teams to align product efforts with overall business objectives. - Strategic Alignment:
Internalize and deeply understand the company’s mission and strategies, aligning the eCommerce team’s objectives with broader company goals.
- eCommerce Product Management Expertise:
Proven experience in eCommerce website product management, with specific focus on managing and optimizing the customer experience journey from the home page through cart and checkout. - Behavioral Insights:
Strong analytical skills with experience translating insights from visitor behavior, trends, chat bot interactions, and mobile shopping app experiences into actionable product enhancements. - Execution &
Collaboration:
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, convert them into actionable stories and acceptance criteria, and manage the execution lifecycle in close collaboration with engineering, UX designers, business stakeholders, and external third-party partners. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and executive presentation abilities. - Technical & Tool Familiarity:
Hands‑on experience with relevant product management tools, including Confluence and Jira, and familiarity with A/B testing techniques.
