UX Design Engineer​/AI Creative Technologist

Job Description

• We're looking for an imaginative thought leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and storytelling. You'll spearhead the product ideation process, transforming abstract concepts into functional, awe-inspiring prototypes. You possess a deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and embrace a design process that leverages AI as a tool for exploration and problem-solving.

• Rapid Prototyping:
  Develop high-fidelity prototypes that demonstrate design intent, technical feasibility, and the potential power of AI integration. Champion intuitive, engaging, and fundamentally human-centered experiences.
• Creative & Technical Leadership:
  Partner with product managers to build functional prototypes and experiment with new product ideas. Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, researchers, and data partners to deliver world-class AI-native products.
• AI Advocacy:
  Stay at the forefront of AI developments, exploring new applications in the creative space. Proactively identify opportunities for creative/technical innovation and initiate projects that push boundaries while delivering on team, product, and business priorities.

• 3-5+ years of professional experience as a creative technologist, Interactive developer, front-end Engineer with creative focus.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and tools.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, web development, and creative coding frameworks (e.g., Vue, React, Svelte, Angular).
• Proficiency with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience with visual design, technical skills, and broad creative thinking.
