UX Tester
We are seeking a UX Tester to identify areas of improvement throughout the workflow for mobile biometric UX, analyze usability reports, perform reverse engineering, and refine user experience through qualitative testing methodologies.
Responsibilities- Identify areas of improvement throughout workflow for mobile biometric UX.
- Analyze usability reports and perform reverse engineering to define areas of improvement.
- Utilize qualitative UX testing methodologies based on observations and feedback to improve and create new/improved case studies.
- Identify test approaches, coverage, requirement gaps and risks.
- Create various documentation to define protocol and report collection results.
- Good working knowledge of Linux command line.
- Understanding of mobile device usage.
- Experience with task tracking systems.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document and share findings.
- Dedicated to maintaining timely communication with key stakeholders.
- Team player.
