We are looking for a highly technical individual to identify, design, build, and scale automation solutions across one of the most critical and operationally complex areas of Revenue Cycle Management: denial management.
This is a hands‑on role for someone with early professional experience who is comfortable working with data, supporting technical solutions, and contributing to operational improvements. You’ll partner closely with more senior team members across Operations, Product, and Engineering to analyse workflows, help build scalable solutions, and track their impact.
This role offers meaningful ownership over defined problem areas, strong exposure to healthcare operations and automation, and a clear path to increased responsibility as you grow.
What You’ll Do:- Analyze denials management workflows and data to identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, and automation opportunities
- Implement well‑scoped solutions using SQL, scripts, APIs, and emerging technologies like LLMs etc.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor operational performance and outcomes
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to scale solutions across customers
- Document processes, analyses, and outcomes to support collaboration and reuse
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or a technical role at a technology‑driven or fast‑paced organization
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write complex queries for analysis and reporting
- Solid problem‑solving skills and comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems with guidance
- Experience managing projects or work streams with defined scope and clear objectives
