Job Description As a technical lead and manager of the Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops  team, you will be responsible for leading the team in building and scaling the AI cloud infrastructure and developer platform. As our platform and teams grow fast, the infrastructure team is tasked with designing and operating reliable and resilient foundational services as well as frameworks that allow our product to scale seamlessly and our engineering teams to build customer facing features very rapidly.

Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops  engineers, and build a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Own the design and evolution of Moveworks' build, release, and deployment systems, including CI/CD pipelines, artifact management, progressive delivery, and rollbacks, with a focus on speed, reliability, and developer experience.

Drive infrastructure-as-code and Git Ops practices across our cloud environments (Terraform, Helm, Argo CD, or similar) so that infrastructure changes are repeatable, reviewable, and auditable  Build security into the software development lifecycle: SAST/DAST/SCA scanning, container and image scanning, policy-as-code guardrails, etc.

Partner with the security team on vulnerability management, cloud security posture, IAM and least-privilege access, secrets management, and incident response  Co-own on-call, incident management, and postmortem practices for the systems the team runs with other Infra leads.

Run project management for the team: turn ambiguous requests into scoped projects with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria; maintain the roadmap; manage cross-team dependencies and risks; and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.

Set the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops , aligned with company goals for product, engineering, security, and compliance.

Qualifications Hands-on technical leader with a strong sense of ownership who drives complex platform and security initiatives from conception through delivery and measurement.
2+ years of experience managing a team of 6+ engineer.
6+ years of hands-on experience in Dev Ops, SRE, platform, infrastructure, or security engineering  Deep experience with CI/CD systems (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Buildkite, Git Lab CI, or similar) and release engineering ong experience with Kubernetes, containers/Docker, and cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, Cloud Formation) and configuration management.

Practical knowledge of application and cloud security: secure SDLC, vulnerability management, IAM, network security, and secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or similar).Proven project management skills with planning and delivering multi-quarter, cross-team projects.

Proficiency in at least one of Python/Golang/Bash

Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Open Telemetry, or similar).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence all levels of the organization…
